Festival Volunteer Fair!
May 16-17 at all masses in the gathering space
Join the Festival Team!
Looking for a way to get involved? Join us for our Volunteer Fair after all Masses this weekend! We are looking for energetic helpers to help make this year’s festival our best one yet.
Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to take a lead role, there is a spot for you. We are currently seeking volunteers for:
Setup & Tear Down: Help us build the magic (and pack it away!).
Booth Workers: Be the face of the festival at various stations.
Chairs & Leads: We need organizers for Kids' Games, Food Booths, and Gambling Games.
Support & Sponsorship
If you or your business would like to support the festival's success, we have several sponsorship opportunities available. Stop by the fair to learn how you can gain visibility while supporting our community.
Ring Toss 2-liters
We need your help! 2-liter pop donations are needed to make the popular Ring Toss Booth a success. Please bring all donations to the gathering space or the parish office anytime!
Blue Jay Raffle
Don't walk away empty-handed! Make sure to pick up your Blue Jay Raffle tickets during the fair. They are selling quickly—get yours this weekend while they last!

Basket Booth Donations
GIFT CARDS OR CASH DONATIONS NEEDED
We are in need of gift cards to restaurants, retailers, gas stations, entertainment/family fun, etc.
Cash donations also are accepted to enhance raffle baskets.

We are also seeking parishioners that may have connections for obtaining donation tickets and/or gift certificates to local attractions such as Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati, UC Bearcats, Xavier, Kings Island, Playhouse in the Park, Aronoff Center, CSO, Cincinnati Zoo, family fun centers, restaurants, etc
